Very bad experience with Bus Booking, told service is cancelled due to breakdown(they said that,looks like they didnt have permit) on the day of travel on a busy weekend and i am not finding ticket anywhere for next 2 days, other provider normally provide alternatives if there is breakdown, irresponsible response when called yathra.com customer care
